The Brewer at Number Nine source beautiful, decorative, vintage homeware and eclectic new gifts chosen for their fun or vintage vibe. We are a sisterhood in Ilkley, West Yorkshire, run by sisters, Maria and Kate (with support from our two gorgeous young adults and the inimitable three year old Sylvie). We offer award winning coffee, locally made cakes and croissants in addition to our vintage and gift collections. Having traded at local vintage fairs, the shop was born out of our passion for all things vintage, for sustainable and long-lasting homeware and for the genuine beauty of vintage pieces. Our vintage collection stands the test of time. Beautiful, decorative, well-made and practical for your homes.

Our entire vintage collection and new gift items are available to buy online and in our shop. We source vintage items from EVERYWHERE and take bookings for vintage house calls. If you are looking to sell an item, downsize or declutter or would like advice about a piece, please do contact us.

As a small, local business we are keen to serve the neighbourhood and get to know our neighbours. You are always welcome for coffee and chats in our shop as you sit in our vintage peacock chairs or outside in our cheerful design classic bench.
